Kids Cake & Paint Birthday Party

Kids Cake & Paint Birthday Party Package (Ages 3–10) (Small Party 4-8 guests)

Package includes:

  • 2-hour party in our indoor space

    • 1 hour of guided painting activities

    • 30 minutes for cake, snacks, and gift opening

    • 30 minutes for bounce house play and free play supervised by staff

Painting activity:

  • Age-appropriate projects with step-by-step guidance from an cake artist

  • Individual easels, canvases/cake boards, 6 colors of homemade buttercream and cake for each child

  • Easy to use cake decorating tools, aprons, sprinkles, ribbons, gems, edible and letters

  • Option to choose themed designs (animals, rainbows, simple characters) or freestyle

  • Finished edible art to go home as party favors

Snacks:

  • Simple snack platter (kid-friendly options such as fruit, mini sandwiches, and chips)

  • Paper plates, napkins, cups, and utensils provided

  • Accommodations for common allergies and dietary needs with prior notice

Bounce house and indoor play:

  • Inflatable bounce house set up inside when space permits

  • Soft play area and seating for adults

  • Dedicated attendant to monitor bounce house safety

Gift giving and party flow:

  • Designated area and table for opening presents

  • Staff assistance available for lining up activities, serving cake, and general supervision

  • Smooth transitions between painting, snacks/cake, bounce house, and gift time

Included with booking:

  • Up to 5 children (additional children may be added for a $35 fee)

  • One party host/assistant and one painting facilitator

  • Setup and cleanup

Add-ons (available at extra cost):

  • Extra children $35 per child

  • Custom desserts (price varies)

  • Themed decorations

  • Party favors $100 (treat bags & custom merchandise)

  • Extended time $75 per extra 30 minutes

  • Photographer to capture painting moments and cake time $150 ($75 per hour)

Booking & policies:

  • Reservation required with 50% non- refundable deposit

  • Please provide allergy/medical information at booking

  • Arrival 15 minutes before start time for check-in and setup
